Chemical Laboratory Expert

Your tasks

 

• Wet chemical analyses (titrations: acid/base, redox, argentometric, iodometric, non-aqueous, ISE)


• Instrumental analysis (ICP, IC, GC, UV/VIS and IR spectrometry)


• Physical analysis (viscosity, density, refractive index, dry residue)


• Biological (bacteria determination in aircraft fuels according to IATA guidelines) within the scope of quality assurance


• Documentation and maintenance of analytical data in English


• Production of solutions and reagents for flight and maintenance operations


• Maintenance and upkeep of the laboratory equipment


• Advice and support of flight and maintenance operations regarding chemicals


• Support and cooperation in damage analyses

Your profile

 

• Technical/Chemical degree


•  A 2/3-year experience as laboratory technician, ideally in the field of aviation


• Good communicator in German and English


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP knowledge would be an advantage


• Work in a regulated environment


• Willingness to learn
