We are seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Business Partner f/m/d to join our growing People&Culture (HR) team. In this exciting role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and play a key role in developing and implementing People & Culture (HR) strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. Your skills

A higher degree in HR or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an international HR or P&C Business Partner role and tech industry
Proven experience working in an international environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences
Strong people relation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and regulations
Fluency in English, French and/or German is an asset

Your Tasks

Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance and support on all People & Culture-related matters
Develop and implement national and international People & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals
Lead and manage employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives
Collaborate with leaders to identify and address workforce planning needs, and develop plans to address any gaps
Act as a liaison between the company and employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements
Act as the main point of contact for all People & Culture-related matters for the international operations in the assigned field

Given the amount of experience we want for this position, a reasonable wage range is between CHF 100'000 and 120'000
