Industrial Software Development Project Leader

Your responsibilities

 

• Deliver new systems and software applications for industrial manufacturing environments. Build complete innovative computer software solutions according to the object-oriented C programming framework (architect, build, design and program).

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish (complete SDLC). Collaborate with various internal technical fields and external subcontractors.
• Provide go live, multidomain technical supports, troubleshooting to local production lines with a customer focus (~30% of working time). Ensure the availability of active production systems and its applications.
• Identify, purpose and realize various improvements and evolution of functionnities
• Provide solutions and work as a valued team member to improve team’s skills
• Participation in cross-functional global company projets (continious improvement)

 

Your profile

 

• Bachelor / certified engineer. Industrial field such as: microtechnic, industrial automation, mecatronic, embedded software.
• At least 5 years of experience with development of advanced industrial systems including hardware and software expertises (quality control across measurement systems)
• Excellent programming skills in C /C/C# languages with object-oriented programming. Knowledge of the IDE Embaracedero RAD Studio.
• Experience with industrial measurement field : metrology, optical vision systems and image processing (Matrox MIL), industrial sensors. Industry 4.0 - IoT and advanced technologies is a plus.
• Familiar with a DevOps & Full-stack development environments.
• Expertise with an ERP (SAP), programming language SQL / ABAP is an asset.
• Capability to troubleshoot, provide technical support and user trainings.
• Fluency in English is required (min B2), French proficiency (min C1).
• Problem solving approach and familiar with manufacturing environment (electrical & mechanical notions).
• Initative spirit, open-minded, strong communication and relationship capabilities.
• Synthetic analitical mind – result oriented
• Team player, active learning.
