lintharena ag operates a multifunctional sports and leisure facility with integrated restaurant and hotel services in Näfels on behalf of the municipality of Glarus Nord. The company offers services in the areas of swimming, wellness, climbing, bouldering, football, group fitness, and polysport in the versatile multi-purpose halls as well as
gastronomy and hotel services.

For our lively operation, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

SousChef (m/f) 100%

Your tasks
· active work in all positions
· assistance in training apprentices and employees
· co-responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations
· controls and training in the area of allergenic substances
· co-responsible for creative menu planning, purchasing, visual merchandising, goods and personnel costs, occupational safety, and HACCP
· support and coach the kitchen team during service times
· co-responsible for the office team

Your profile
· You have completed training as a cook EFZ and have several years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Deputy Head Chef, preferably in high-traffic areas.
· You know the à la carte kitchen very well and are used to working quickly and with high quality in a lively environment.
· Your calm nature helps you keep a cool head even in hectic situations, and good teamwork is a matter of course for you.
· You are well organized, speak fluent German, and are proficient in common MS Office programs.
