Mission / Rôle :

One of our clients is looking for a 1st & 2nd Level Support in IT.

Tasks :

- Open and track incidents
- Liaise with the different team memberst
- Maintain the IT equipments
- Maintain the documentations
- Ensure all incidents are registered in the incidents tools

Experience / Qualifications:

- Very good skills in 1st and 2nd level support
- Very good experience in customer support
- Experience in IoT
- Fluent in French, English
