The Gorwiden Care Centre is a private care centre, very well accessible by public transport in Zurich-Oerlikon. We specialise in the field of geriatrics. Our care centre consists of two buildings and is charmingly nestled in a quiet neighbourhood. 100 employees, including 8 apprentices, accompany our residents in their daily lives.

To support our nursing team, we are looking for a

Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe), Vocational Trainer, 80 – 100%

from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement

Your area of responsibility:

• In your daily work, you are responsible for an optimal process of medical nursing care according to the nursing process and mission statement.
• You work closely with the responsible nursing professionals as well as employees from all areas.
• As a vocational trainer, you accompany and support our apprentices in their learning process in collaboration with the person responsible for vocational training.

You bring with you:

• You have completed training as a health specialist.
• You have completed the vocational trainer course or it is planned.
• You are an independent person who is familiar with dealing with demanding people and actively wants to influence nursing processes for the benefit of the residents.
• You have good German and PC user skills.
