We’re now looking for a skilled:
The Employee will be responsible for site cashback content: online marketing, merchandise assortment, merchandising, promotions and brand maintenance. The employee will manage and develop the Webloyalty French and Spanish affiliate channels, increase advertiser commission revenue across both markets and ensure the full affiliate marketing opportunities are aligned and activated in line with the overall marketing plan.
This position will collaborate closely with Merchants, Marketing departments, PR and other areas of the company to execute existing and develop new Marketplace initiatives and opportunities designed to meet and exceed the needs of the customer and the Marketplace revenue goals.
The employee will be required to support the Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive negotiating commission levels using all available marketing assets to increase revenue and evolve the advertiser portfolio to include emerging opportunities to extend optimisation.
The candidate will work within the marketing organisation and is expected to work with internal colleagues across multiple time zones. Naturally the candidate will interact on a high frequency basis with a wide range of FR, SP based advertiser and network contacts to negotiate promotional campaigns, exclusive deals and identify new source of revenues.
KEY RESPONSABILITES
Merchandising
- Develop the merchandising strategy and deck to ensure the site is well merchandised according to company directives and standards and merchandising is updated based upon the needs of the business for product to look fresh, new and push quarterly agenda’s.
- Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth
- Maintain accurate commission terms, merchant exclusions and merchant / network contact details
- Leverage all partner marketing assets available to secure commission increases during key campaigns
- Coordinate the operational delivery of partner marketing campaigns to include; onsite setup of promotions, bonuses and terms & conditions. Merchandise / content manage websites using our in-house content management platform.
- Ownership of the verification of successful onsite setup and closure of all scheduled content changes and marketing promotions
- Deliver pre and post-campaign analysis to advertisers & business
- Work in collaboration with all departments to manage and implement effective partner site content and marketing activity
- Identify and size opportunities to deliver platform growth using affiliate network features, e.g. data/ reporting and product KPIs.
- On advertiser related opportunities, collaborate with the wider Webloyalty group to support their objectives as relates to the in-house content management platform
- Coordinate and take ownership for partner and merchant approval of all campaign collateral on time and to agreed schedule
SKILLS AND STYLE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven success working with and managing affiliate network and advertiser relationships with the ability to carefully manage expectations and build excellent working relationships
- Experienced in coordinating complex, multi-channel and data driven marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work alone using initiative to coordinate marketing campaigns through to final implementation
- Excellent attention to detail and appreciation of need to follow process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A strong sense of personal responsibility & accountability
- High level of self-motivation and self-direction
- Focus on continuous improvement, making our products and processes better
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural commercial acumen and driven by commercial results
- Understanding that working as part of new team will require the ability to adapt and identify new ways of working to deliver results in the most effective & efficient manner
The Marketplace Content Specialist role requires skills in these areas:
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing– (within an affiliate network, publisher or advertiser is a plus)
- Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace
- Educated to a degree level or demonstrable results in a similar role
- Highly self-motivated, collaborative, keen attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
