Team Lead System Development

Your responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical peers in developing software solutions
• Review code, mentor and coach
• Integrate and collaborate with an offshore team of developers
• Evaluating existing applications landscape and architecture
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery, balancing business and team priorities
• Maintain high standards of software development and quality code delivery
• Identify capability gaps and assist the team in filling them

Your profile

• Innovative, thinks out of the box, willing to drive change
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in development
• Solid experience as a team leader and coaching
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or similarly technical subject, or equivalent work experience
• A significant experience in a banking environment is a plus

Good use and knowledge:

• Git & Gitlab as versioning tools
• Kubernetes and Docker as deployment tool
• RestfulApi & JsonAPI
• Linux Shell (Servers)
• Agile methodologies

Expert in Backend:

• Ngnix & Apache
• PHP 7+ with Symfony & Centrifuge & Kafka
• Typescript & NodeJS & NestJS
• Postgresql & SQLServer
• SOLID & DD principles as design patterns

Frontend:

• Javascript & Angular JS
• MVVM design pattern
• CSS & Less or Sass
