Your tasks:
- Opening/closing the reception
- Welcoming visitors
- Managing the telephone switchboard and mailing
- Managing badges, keys, and small equipment
- Managing incoming mail
- Setting up and maintaining cafeterias
- Booking and setting up conference rooms
- Various reservations
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile:
- First confirmed experience in reception/welcoming.
- Excellent presentation
- Fluent French, English B2 (spoken, written) minimum
- Proficient in the Office suite, other software is an asset
- Customer-oriented / Rigorous / Organized / Flexible / Autonomous
- Hours 7:30 am-11:00 am Monday to Thursday (8 am-5 pm occasionally)
