Summer opening hours of the Regional Tax Office Oberwil-Lieli
The Regional Tax Office changes its counter opening hours during the school summer holidays - from Monday,
8.7.2019 to Friday, 9.8.2019. The Regional
Tax Office is open during the summer holidays as follows:
Monday: 8 am - 12 pm & 2 pm - 6:30 pm / Tuesday to Friday: 8 am - 12 pm. Appointments can be made outside these hours. We thank you for your understanding and wish everyone a nice summer holiday.
Summer opening hours of the municipal administration
As in previous years, the municipal administration will again have reduced opening hours during the school summer holidays. The reduced hours apply from Monday, 8.7.2019 to Friday, 9.8.2019. On Mondays and Fridays, the opening hours remain unchanged. On Tuesdays to Thursdays, the afternoon opening hours of two hours each are omitted. Thus, from 8.7.2019 the following opening hours of the entire municipal administration apply:
Monday
8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6:30 pm (as before)
Tuesday to
Thursday 8 am to 12 pm / closed in the afternoon
Friday
8 am to 12 pm (as before)
Appointments outside these hours by arrangement. We thank you for your attention.

Seeking volunteers for "longer at home"
Since this year, Oberwil-Lieli is a member of the working group for elderly issues Mutschellen (it was in the weekly newspaper from March 15). Municipal councilor Gabriela Bader and Eveline Scherrer represent our municipality in this regional body that deals with various topics concerning aging.
The working group also successfully conducts the service project "longer at home" with low-threshold offers for the elderly and disabled such as transport service, administrative work, help with shopping, holiday service, support for gardening, etc. Last year, about 500 assignments were carried out.
For all these assignments, further volunteers are also being sought in Oberwil-Lieli (symbolic compensation of CHF 5.00 per hour). Recently, care assignments (regular visits also to relieve relatives, but no nursing) have been particularly in demand. Who can make themselves available for such visits (two/three hours each) once or twice a month?
