Tasks
- Maintenance of master data, changes, entries and exits
- Processing of interpreter invoices
- Absence management (accident, illness, maternity, military)
- Recording & billing of daily allowances EO-, MSE- & paternity compensations
- Issuing interim earnings and employer certificates
- Deputizing for expense processing
- Creating various reports and evaluations
- Contact point for questions regarding payroll accounting
- Correspondence with various authorities and offices
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training, further education in payroll or social insurance
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable role
- Precise working method as well as proactive thinking
- Trustworthy, team-oriented and discreet personality
- Independent and flexible working style
