What you can accomplish
- Independent handling of various administrative tasks, e.g. appointment scheduling, correspondence, monitoring of pending items, telephone service
- You support the MTR management, the MTR team leaders, and the Radiology Secretariat with administrative tasks
- Preparing presentations, maintaining statistics
- Organizing, coordinating, and taking minutes of meetings and events
- Managing attendance planning and absence management
What you bring with you
- Commercial qualification; knowledge of healthcare or training as a medical secretary is an advantage
- Strong service orientation as well as a team-oriented personality with high flexibility and an independent, structured, and precise way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; other programs are an advantage)
