Your mission

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer you collaborate closely with the Product Manager as well.

Your main area of responsibilities includes:

• The management of key accounts.
• The support and advice to clients.
• The follow-up of representations and service partners.
• The increase of market share with the acquisition of new customers in Switzerland and abroad.
• The implementation of the sales policy and marketing strategy.
• The participation and the active presence at international trade fairs and in the media.
• The participation in sales budgeting and forecasting.

Your profile

• In-depth technical knowledge in machine control (hardware and software)
• 10 years of experience in the machine industry and in managing direct sales to manufacturers.
• Good experience in international sales.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Winning mentality with outstanding closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, French and German. Other languages welcome.
• Willingness to travel frequently in Switzerland and abroad.
• Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
