To strengthen our team, we are looking for a clerk / court clerk starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- As a clerk, you support the presiding judge in procedural instruction, clarifying legal questions, and drafting judgments.
- Additional tasks within the court operations may be assigned to you.
- You participate in civil and criminal negotiations with an advisory voice, take minutes, and edit judgments and decisions.
What we expect from you
- You have a completed law degree (preferably with a lawyer's license) and ideally also experience in drafting decisions.
- In addition to good analytical skills, an independent, precise, and efficient working style is one of your strengths.
- Editorial skills and stylistic confidence in the German language are required for the position; knowledge of a second official language is desired.
