We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Production Equipment Solutions team in Lausanne. This position focuses on the environmental protection aspects of our high-tech production systems.

Description
- Serve as the company's technical ambassador for environmental systems, accompanying the full lifecycle of the equipment; from sales and installation (F.A.T./S.A.T.) to maintenance and service upgrades.
- Conduct on-site interventions, including system health checks, upgrades, and customer training (new installations and refresh sessions).
- Manage and perform laboratory analyses (e.g. resistance and chemical tests) to support customer needs and ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate closely with internal Product and Project Managers, as well as with external partners across Europe.
- Provide detailed, documented technical reports and analysis to support customers, including global institutions.
- Occasionally assist small-scale production and testing activities at the Lausanne facility.
- Expect international travel of approximately 40%.
Profile
- Engineering degree (preferably Chemical, though Mechanical or Electrical profiles are also considered).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar industrial and special machinery environment.
- Excellent command of English (C2); Spanish, French, Italian or German is a strong asset.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, capable of working independently and representing the company with professionalism.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and SAP.
