The Lanzeln Retirement Home is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa. Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake with views of the mountains, we offer a lovely home to 136 residents. In our house, our services are fully tailored to the needs of residents from the third stage of life onwards.

To complement our hospitality team, we are looking for a

Service Staff 40 - 50%

Your tasks 

• Looking after residents, guests and staff in our cafeteria and restaurant
• Assisting with events such as Christmas dinners, birthday meals, seminars or aperitifs
• Operating the till when required and carrying out minor cleaning tasks

Your profile

• Basic training in hospitality/catering or solid professional experience in service
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people and those with dementia
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Reliable, independent and responsible working style
• Team-oriented personality as well as flexibility
• Neat appearance and very good manners
