For one of our clients, we are looking for a Broker Consultant FR / GER / ENG in 80 - 100% permanent contract based in Lausanne. The candidate will join the sales team and will report directly to the Head of Sales based in Zurich.

Our client is a well-established international insurance company with offices in all Switzerland.

Description

• Develop further market entry accident and health in Romandie;
• Positioning the brand in the broker market Romandie;
• Building and managing a client portfolio;
• Prospecting clients and organizing client meetings;
• Client relationship management;
• Client needs detection;
• Answering to RFP's;
• Preparing offers and contracts;
• Answering client requests;
• Managing client database in the CRM;
• Support in deliver marketing & sales actions plan for Romandie;
• Participating to the product development;
• Business travels in Romandie area and in Zurich;
• Collaboration with other business support departments as underwriting, operations, back-office, product development, project management, marketing, etc.

Profile

• Graduated from a Bachelor and / or a Master in Business Administration, Finance or Economics;
• Banking or insurance background;
• French language as native or bilingual;
• German language as fluent;
• English language as an asset;
• Self-motivation;
• Similar and relevant experience in sales of accident and health business for companies;
• Strong experience in working brokers and developing broker relationships;
• Technical insurance background;
• Sales orientation;
• Client relationship management ;
• At ease with MS Office suite ;
• Ability to travel in Romandie to cover the activity and to Zurich also.
