CLERK: ADMINISTRATION 60-80%
Company location: 7205 Zizers GR
Your tasks - versatile & responsible
Project administration for our construction projects (offers, order confirmations, invoicing)
Support of project and department managers in the administrative daily business
General secretarial tasks (telephone switchboard, mail, filing)
Organization and management of office supplies and other office needs
Planning and coordination of internal events (anniversaries, excursions, Christmas dinners, etc.)
Your workload & working hours
60 - 80%
Monday is fixed - other days by arrangement
Presence times: 07:00 to 16:00
Your profile - competent & structured
Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in the construction industry
Very good German skills in spoken and written; Italian skills are an advantage
Independent, precise and efficient way of working
Resilience and flexibility combined with high
service orientation and quality awareness
Strong organizational talent as well as good spatial imagination
