What is this role about?

In this role, you assemble and calibrate precise flow measuring devices and ensure a smooth production process. You contribute with commitment, technical skill, and team spirit to continuous process optimization.

What tasks will you take on?

• You assemble and calibrate sophisticated flow measuring devices, ensuring the highest precision and quality.
• You pick individual parts to ensure an efficient and smooth production process.
• You maintain and service equipment to ensure optimal plant availability.
• You live the Lean philosophy and drive continuous improvement of our processes with your commitment.
• You work flexibly in a 2-shift operation and contribute significantly to team performance with your reliability.

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed a basic technical education (EFZ) and bring manual skills as well as technical understanding.
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in assembly and work precisely and reliably.
• You communicate confidently in German – both spoken and written.
• You are flexible, hands-on, and appreciate working in a committed team.
• You act with quality awareness, take responsibility, and keep an overview even at a high pace.
