- Commercial training, preferably in the insurance industry, or many years of experience in insurance
- Willingness to regularly continue education
- Enjoyment in expanding existing customer relationships

- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Convincing appearance with joy in dealing with people
- Positive and winning manner, sales flair
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
