Communications and Marketing Manager

The A+W position (training and further education of Reformed pastors) is responsible on behalf of the German-speaking Swiss conciliar churches for the training and further education of the pastoral staff. With the label Bildungkirche, it offers further education and support for pastors and theology students. It is located in the Church Development Department of the Zurich Regional Church.

You are responsible for operational and strategic communication as well as marketing including budget responsibility. In addition, you are responsible for IT projects related to the digitalization of educational work. You further develop the online presence (websites, social media, newsletter), are responsible for publications and campaigns, and contribute significantly to the visibility of the Bildungkirche brand.

You have completed training in communication, marketing, or journalism and bring several years of experience in editorial and strategic communication. Thanks to your pronounced IT affinity, you also feel confident in leading digital and IT projects.
You have solid know-how in digital communication, social media, and handling content management systems as well as creativity, linguistic sensitivity, and visual intuition. Analytical and conceptual skills characterize you as well as an independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working.
