As part of a new appointment, we are looking to strengthen our West team at the Prilly VD (Lausanne) base with a Grid Project Manager.
In this role, you will significantly contribute to the success of line construction and substation projects within the framework of the Strategic Network 2025 and the Energy Strategy 2050.

Ensure electricity in Switzerland
In this responsible position, you will take over the project management of network construction projects in the Swiss high-voltage network 380/220 kV. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You are responsible for the implementation of the network construction projects assigned to you in the area of lines and substations and lead the internal and external project partners
- From planning to realization according to the "SIA 112 Performance Model," you bear the entrepreneurial responsibility in overall or partial project management
- You control and monitor the projects regarding costs (investment approval, budget planning, compliance, and tracking), deadlines, and quality according to the defined project goals
- You specify, evaluate, and procure planner services, trades, and other services, and are responsible for the corresponding contracts
- You participate in the overarching decision-making in strategic, organizational, economic, and technical matters and support management from a professional perspective
- You ensure the implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection and thus make an important contribution to our "safety first" culture
- You promote public relations regarding network construction projects in close cooperation with the Communication department
This is how you make a difference
For this responsible position, we are looking for a team-oriented and independent person with pronounced conceptual and communicative skills. In addition, you bring the following profile:
- Completed engineering degree (or excellent expertise or further training in infrastructure project management)
- Several years of experience in planning, designing, and realizing complex infrastructure projects or projects in plant construction or energy technology
- Methodology for implementing complex and multi-layered infrastructure projects along the SIA phases
- Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI, or equivalent) are an advantage
- Ability to delegate tasks or work packages and monitor goal achievement by setting clear intermediate targets
- Very good German and French skills, other national languages are an advantage
