Your main tasks:
- Regular rounds and inspections inside and outside the property
- Contact person for clients, users, and craftsmen
- Performing minor repairs
- Organizing and carrying out winter services
- Participating in emergency organization and in the area of operational first aid
- Collaborating and supporting in the area of move management
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or similar
- Desirable: Operational First Aider IVR1
- At least 3 years of professional experience in facility management
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Basic knowledge of English
- Customer-oriented and responsible
- Careful and thorough working method
