For our clients in the Biel region, we are continuously looking for motivated warehouse staff (m/f/d, 100%) – both with and without professional experience – for temporary assignments in the warehouse sector with the option of permanent employment.
Job profile – Your tasks as warehouse staff
In this versatile role, you will take on various tasks depending on the assignment. You will work not only independently but also closely with the team. Your main tasks include, among others:
Picking and preparing goods according to the respective customer orders.
Storing and retrieving materials as well as general warehouse work to ensure smooth operations.
Operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment – ideally you have a SUVA-recognised forklift licence, but this is not mandatory.
Checking and recording incoming and outgoing goods, thereby actively contributing to warehouse organisation.
Assisting with inventories as well as ensuring orderliness, cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
In doing so, you contribute significantly to ensuring that all processes in the warehouse run efficiently and on schedule.
Your profile – What you bring
This position is suitable not only for experienced warehouse logisticians but also for motivated career changers and assistants who are willing to learn the warehouse sector. Motivation is especially important, as many skills can be learned directly on the job.
You bring:
Some experience in warehousing, logistics or production is an advantage but not a requirement.
Ideally, you hold a forklift licence (SUVA-recognised); if you do not have one, we are happy to support you with possible further training.
You are physically resilient, reliable and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
Good German language skills, both spoken and written, help you communicate well in everyday work.
Flexibility and willingness to work on various tasks and changing working hours complete your profile.
