Our institution is recruiting a 50% HPCI reference nurse to strengthen its commitment to quality of care, patient safety, and infection prevention. This strategic position is part of a collaborative and interdisciplinary dynamic.

Job Description
In connection with internal teams and external partners, you will be responsible for:
Promoting the corporate culture defined by management
Coordinating PCI / Vigilance documents (writing, updating, archiving)
Participating in the evaluation and development of the PCI / Vigilance system
Updating protocols and monitoring healthcare-associated infections (Swissnoso)
Training staff of the institution and partner establishments
Managing the PCI alert system (multi-resistant bacteria and other pathogens)
Organizing and following up on internal audits, and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions
Supporting projects initiated by medical management and external mandates
Coordinating PCI / Vigilance activities in connection with project management plans
Qualifications
Professional:
Training in infection prevention and control
Experience in nursing service management
Regular continuing education
Attitudes and behaviors:
Discretion, rigor, and synthesis skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Availability, flexibility, and openness to change
Ability to train staff within the PCI / Vigilance quality system
Ability to lead interdisciplinary working groups
