Loop Medical is a startup company on a mission to simplify blood collection. More than 10’000 blood samples per minute are collected worldwide, using the venipuncture technique that has hardly evolved in the past 50 years. We are developing a painless and easy-to-use solution able to collect a large amount of capillary blood. Loop’s unique technology is compatible with the infrastructure of central laboratories, guaranteeing high clinical standard blood analysis.
Loop Medical, established in 2016, is supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and by the Horizon 2020 program of the European Union. Loop partners with Cerba Healthcare, a European leader in clinical pathology.
Loop Medical has recently completed a $6.4 million Series A financing round led by SARSTEDT Group and Casdin Capital. As such, Loop is eagerly looking to expand the team!

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on
HR Manager (80% - 100%)
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The person will be part of the management team in Lausanne and report to the COO.
Your key responsibilities are the following:
- Manage the recruitment processes, from A to Z, from the first contact until the contract's signature
Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance evaluations, annual reviews, ...
Initiate team building activities, trainings, retreats and anything that increase team spirit
- Work closely with our external payroll provider to ensure a smooth payroll process
Oversee typical office operations in order to have a great and ergonomic place to work
- Coach the management team in the annual reviews, performance and intergration of new team members
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5 - 7 years of expertise in an HR Manager
Great computer skills, including an high proficiency of skills in Google Suite including: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
Passionate about fostering a strong company culture and cohesive work environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong community building skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
