We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality based in Zurich or Geneva as

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Your tasks

Direct report to the management and the board
Preparation of budgets
Preparation of financial accounts and reporting on a quarterly basis
Responsible for financial monitoring, especially of turnover, expense budgets and financial liquidity and as well for billing and encashment procedures
Responsible and supervising the finance/accounting team in Geneva and Zurich
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Organize and implement firm accounting and auditing processes, ensure financial control
Coordinate annual audit(s) with auditors for entire firm
Implementation and execution of tax agreement between the firm and tax authorities in Zurich and Geneva
Supervisor for all salaries including social charges (1st, 2nd and 1e pillar)

Your profile

Bachelor or Master in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance and, ideally, a further education as CPA or Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting
Long-time experience in a financial management position in the service or consulting industry within a SME
Management experience with strong leadership, people, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Proficient in the use of MS Office tools and financial management software with experience in digitalization and introduction of new software solutions
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Team player with high social competence and a«hands-on»mentality.
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Excellent communication skills
Mother tongue German or French as well as good English skills
