What you can achieve
- You act as a trusted contact person for supervisors on all HR topics throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Accompany personnel changes and complex situations
- Together with the HR Business Partners, HR Administration, and HR Competence Centers, you ensure service-oriented consulting
- Close collaboration with specialists in the areas of compensation and labor law
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes and ensure efficient workflows
- Support and participate in change and transformation processes
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial vocational training as well as further training as an HR specialist or HR assistant
- Experience in a generalist HR function
- Experience in advising and supporting managers on HR matters
- You are communicative, solution-oriented, and keep a cool head even in turbulent times
- Confident handling of challenges and enthusiasm for change
- English skills are an advantage
