Tasks
- Plan and develop projects directly on digital 3D models.
- Participate in all planning phases from building surveys to execution.
- Create documentation for new constructions, renovations, and alterations.
Skills
- Completed training as a drafts person in architecture or building planning.
- Experience with CAD, ideally ArchiCAD, is essential.
- Strong teamwork spirit and a reliable, independent working style.

About the job
Your Tasks
- Planning and developing projects directly on the digital 3D model
- Collaboration in all planning phases – from building survey through preliminary project and building application to execution and detailed planning
- Creating planning documents for new builds, conversions and renovations
- Communication with contractors, specialist planners, authorities and the internal team
- Insight into and participation in construction administration (e.g. Messerli programmes)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a draftsperson specialising in architecture EFZ or as a technician HF in construction planning architecture
- Enjoyment of architecture, timber construction and clean, well-thought-out solutions
- Interest in digital planning, 3D models and modern working methods
- Experience with CAD, ideally ArchiCAD
- Experience with Messerli programmes an advantage
- Independent, reliable working style and team spirit
- Desire to develop further and take on responsibility
