The branch in Lugano of Dukascopy Bank SA is looking for a

LEGAL / COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Main responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing agreements and other correspondence
• Management of complaints
• Managing civil, administrative and criminal procedures
• Advising and providing support to all bank's departments
• Supporting bank’s projects
• Client on-boarding and off-boarding;
• Verification of account opening processes;
• Regular review of client KYC profiles;
• AML monitoring;
• Client transaction monitoring and sanction screening;

Requirements:

• Italian University Master in law
• Good knowledge of Italian banking law
• Organized, dynamic and flexible
• Able to work in a team but independently, self-responsible and diligent
• Persuasive with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Languages: Italian - native, English – fluent, French is welcome. Good command of other languages is an asset
