Junior Compliance Officer

bridport & cie sa, the leading fixed income specialist house in Jersey and Switzerland, is looking for a:

 

Your will report to the CFO.

Your main tasks will be the followings:

• Control legal and regulatory requirements related to the company's activities
• Onboarding of new clients and periodical KYC review & Follow-up
• Perform transactions monitoring
• Day-to-day compliance-related checks
• Support the monitoring of Sanctions & Embargos regulations
• Maintaining the Compliance and Regulatory Documents for Counterparties & AML Third Party requests
• Support the drafting, review and update of Compliance policies and procedures
• Prepare reports for management and external regulatory bodies
• Provide guidance and support to the Front office
• Preparation and animation of training sessions for all employees
• Control that market rules are respected
• Ensure constant legal and regulatory monitoring

 

Your profile:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in general compliance tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent verbal communication and drafting skills
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Speaks and reads French and English
