For our office in the heart of Geneva, we are looking for an:
Position:
• Must be able to assume full accounting responsibility for Corporate and Trust structures
• Preparation of the tax declarations: VAT, Corporate Income tax, and Professional Tax
Profile:
• A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant accounting experience within another trust or fiduciary company
• Fully qualified such as Brevet Federal or holding an equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards and principles: Swiss GAAP, RPC, etc.
• Knowledge of IAS, IFRS, or US GAAP would be an advantage
• Knowledge of local statutory requirements and tax consequences
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, establish priorities, and keep deadlines
• Ability to contribute to improving the existing working directives and procedures
• A team player with a positive working attitude and ‘hands-on’ mentality
• Good English and French language skills are essential (both oral and written)
• Appreciates being in contact with clients
• Viewpoint knowledge would be an advantage
