Coordinator IIZ Network 80 - 100%In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labour (AFA) contributes to strengthening the location Zurich. The Consulting & Placement division is responsible for integrating job-seeking people into the labour market and includes the Regional Employment Centres, Employer Services, departments with labour market measures, and the office for inter-institutional cooperation (IIZ). The IIZ Network Canton Zurich is a cooperation between the AFA, the SVA Zurich with the IV office, the Office for Youth and Career Counselling, the Cantonal Social Office, and the municipal social services. It makes a significant contribution to the labour market integration of people in complex situations.
For the IIZ office, we are looking for a dynamic and inclusive coordinator from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Labour market integration: You will coordinate services within the framework of jointly agreed integration measures, using the Case Management method. You proactively and consultatively support professionals from various institutions and job-seeking individuals in complex situations with your expertise in integration, health, and social insurance.
- Process management: You organise and manage an interdisciplinary case team and ensure the implementation of IIZ case management in your assigned region. You organise and moderate specialist meetings, roundtable discussions for inter-institutional integration planning, and conduct individual interviews with clients.
- Inter-institutional networking and cooperation: You are actively involved in networking with partner institutions and other stakeholders relevant to integration into work and education. You maintain continuous knowledge management and ensure knowledge transfer. You initiate topics, organise events, and participate in conceptual work.
Your profile:
- Education/training at Bachelor level and professional background in labour market integration, Case Management, counselling, coaching
- Very good social insurance knowledge and methodological skills in counselling, coaching, mediation, and moderation are an advantage
- Competence in analysing complex situations and in developing and implementing concepts and interdisciplinary projects
- Interest in cooperative work within a network
- Inclusive and confident demeanour, strong in networking
- Empathy, assertiveness, and a sense of humour
- Interest in digital applications.
