Job description

To reinforce our growing IC Frontend production environment and maintenance team, we are recruiting a :

Maintenance Manager

with the mission to manage the maintenance team and the maintenance of the production equipment to maximize the manufacturing performance of the IC Frontend operation.

 

Lead and support the maintenance team in order to deliver stable, predictable and improving performance of the production equipment whilst remaining within the boundaries of safety, time, resources and cost.

 

Support and develop a culture of safe working, positivity, team focus, solution oriented and committed to the support of the manufacturing performance.

Profile

• Bachelor Engineering degree or equivalent
• Min. 5 years maintenance experience in equipment maintenance environment
• Min. 2 years experience in a managerial role
• Experience in dealing and collaborating with external suppliers
• Project Management experience
