Your tasks

Event and Meeting Management
- Plan and manage corporate events such as leadership meetings, team offsites, conferences, and internal celebrations.
- Coordinate complex meetings across global time zones, including internal and external sessions with executives and key customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and venues to deliver high-quality event experiences.
- Oversee event logistics including budgeting, scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication.
- Arrange business travel, anticipate changes, and adapt itineraries accordingly.
- Plan and execute large-scale meetings such as All Hands, ensuring a seamless experience from planning to delivery.
- Track and analyze event feedback to improve future initiatives.

Program and Project Coordination
- Organize and implement cross-functional projects with direct business impact.
- Collect and maintain data for program execution and governance, including project trackers and status reports.
- Execute change management activities as defined by program stakeholders.

Administration and Compliance
- Manage administrative operations supporting the events program, including procurement, vendor contracts, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and budget guidelines.
- Partner regularly with other Executive and Administrative Assistants to align on priorities and support broader team goals.
Your talent
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in program management, corporate events, or operations
- Experience managing executive-level meetings and travel logistics
- Experience in large-scale event planning for global organizations
- Knowledge of procurement or administrative processes in corporate environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
