Stagiaire de Maturité (bilingual MPC 3+1)
As part of the Neuchâtel Office departments, the Stagiaire de Maturité will experience an all-round program, being part of several departments such as Client Accounting, Facilities, Banking and Investment Support and Human Resources.
PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Facilities:
- Distribute the Internal mail
- Order and maintain stock control of internal & external stationery diarizing and online shopping for office
monthly goods
- Answer telephone calls, recording data of incoming calls; Greeting clients and other visitors
- Set up meeting rooms within agreed booking system
- Archive maintenance and/or filing
Banking and Investment Support:
- Collaborate with a variety of financial institutions across numerous jurisdictions worldwide to maintain
client relationships
- Input of data in our in house integrated database system to keep up to date information at any point in
time
- Completion of various FATCA documents
- Administration (Reconciliation, filing, etc)
Client Accounting:
- Prepare financial reports including financial statements, investment reporting, tax reporting and other
financial analyses within strict deadlines
- Arrange payments with straight through processing of accounting treatment as well as the following up
on the execution of the transactions
- Administration (follow up, filing, sending facsimiles etc.)
Human Resources:
- Provide assistance in general HR administrative tasks
- Data entry and update of data in our HR information system
- Assist in the administration of HR-related insurance matters : accident, sickness, pension
- Provide assistance in our joiner’s process, i.e. preparation of our Welcome packages, organisation and
coordination of induction programs with line managers
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of internal trainings at Group level and liaise with the relevant
Facilities teams to book boardrooms and/or videoconferences
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- « Maturité commerciale » ongoing
- Very good level of English –bi-lingual maturity is required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritize
- Deal in a responsible manner with confidential information
- Display a high level of motivation fulfilling job responsibilities
- Has a great interest in the Wealth Management/Banking industry
- Proactive, motivated and versatile
