Brand Manager (80–100%)

Haecky Import AG – a leading marketing and sales company for international premium spirits and sparkling wines.
Our portfolio includes over 30 strong brands such as Jim Beam, Dalmore, Bowmore, Laphroaig, Roku Gin, Le Tribute, Molinari, Vecchia Romagna, Rum Coruba, Amaro Montenegro, and many more.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Brand Manager (80–100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your role
You are responsible for a defined brand portfolio and implement modern brand management holistically – from strategy to activation.
Specifically, this means:
- Portfolio and assortment management including identification of new product and concept opportunities
- Development of brand and growth strategies in close collaboration with international brand owners
- Planning, implementation, and control of marketing and activation measures (trade & gastronomy)
- Close cooperation with sales, key account management, and external partners
- Responsibility for budget, performance monitoring, and reporting
In short: You lead your brands with an entrepreneurial perspective, clear priorities, and high implementation speed.

Your profile
- Completed education in marketing (university/FH or marketing planner) and relevant professional experience, ideally in FMCG/drinks
- Solid understanding of Swiss retail and gastronomy
- Strong in concept, communication, and implementation
- Very good German and English skills, confident in dealing with international stakeholders
- Routine in using MS Office, experience with SAP and social/digital marketing is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial action, structured working
