Prediggo is a growing SaaS company founded in 2008. Prediggo has its roots at EPFL’s Artificial Intelligence lab in Lausanne. We develop and commercialize to e-merchants a complete merchandising suite based on advanced AI technologies. The solution includes an internal search engine, a recommendation and personalization engine and much more. Our clients are eCommerce leaders such as Intermarché, Payot, Denner, Virgin Media or Fédération Française de Tennis. In recent years, Prediggo’s solutions have become a reference in the eMerchandising industry in France and Switzerland.
In order to help its clients reach their business objectives, Prediggo is looking for a Customer Success Manager. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in the optimal usage of the solution.
Location: Vevey, Switzerland
Your Responsibilities:

Build a strong relationship with the customers in your portfolio

Assist Prediggo’s customers in the usage of our software solution via different communication channels (emails, conf calls and occasional in-person meetings)

Following the CSM process, proactively contact Prediggo’s customers and engage with them for potential new needs

Up-sell customers with new features or customer support packs

Present new features to existing customers through dedicated monthly webinars

Run training sessions with customers on the usage of the software

Coordinate software installation with the Prediggo support and development teams. You will be responsible for managing the communication with customers and the implementation plan.

Work with the Head of Customer Experience on business plan towards customers upsell and retention strategy

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Operations
Depending on your experience and seniority, possibility to move rapidly to Head of Customer Experience.

A native French speaker, fluent in English

Data analysis skills, understanding customers' data to optimize use of Prediggo's solution

Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms

Strong ability in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks

Ability to up-sell customers with solutions that make a difference for their business

Swiss national, C-permit or B-permit
Additional experience and skills for the ideal candidate:

Previous experience in a similar role in a SaaS company

Experience in previous customer-facing role
- Fluency in German or Portuguese
