Description du poste
- Lead development of the Asset Management system, policies, and workflow
- Spearhead the design and implementation of metadata management strategies
- Liaise with content producers to manage and organize all Media assets
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to make sure Asset Management policies and strategies are unified
- Develop and maintain an approval pipeline in our Asset Management system as well as a usage rights tracking
- Maintain knowledge of digital archiving, maintenance strategies, and processes
- Research and promote adoption of new asset management technologies and techniques
- Report all topics related to Asset Management projects, planning, and policy effectively to upper management
Profil
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital media manager working with all types of files including video production workflow, video project organization, and archiving
- Prior experience working with a variety of DAM systems, preferably Contentserv
- Advanced knowledge of file formats and specs (broadcast, digital, audio, video)
- Excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and French
