In the versatile and responsible role as Chef de Rang Room Service, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:
- Receiving and processing room service orders – competent and service-oriented
- Consulting and active selling of food and beverages
- Arranging and stylish presentation of orders on the tray or serving trolley
- Discreet delivery to the rooms according to our quality standards
- Clearing, clearing away and after-service – discreet and attentive
- Maintenance of serving equipment and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Cooperation with kitchen, housekeeping and front office for a smooth process
- Fulfilling special guest requests with tact
- Supporting the F&B outlets as needed (e.g. mise en place, setting tables)

- Completed training in hotel or restaurant management or professional experience in room service of an upscale hotel
- Strong guest orientation, excellent manners and high discretion
- Very good German and English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- High quality awareness and attention to detail
- Independent and structured way of working – even under time pressure
- Teamwork, resilience and flexibility (shift work, weekend work)
