Everything happens in the AVOR service, and you are in daily contact with our customers and internal departments. We are looking for a committed and experienced person for the Hedingen, Möhlin, St. Gallen, or Ecublens site.

Your tasks

• Technical support to our customers by phone
• Verification of the technical feasibility of orders
• Entry and planning of orders
• Creation of plans using CAD
• Coordination with internal departments of the manufacturing process

Your profile

• Basic training in the window or metal construction sector
• Additional technical or commercial training appreciated
• Knowledge of CAD
• Professional experience in a similar role
• Committed and dynamic attitude
• Strong customer service orientation
• Very good command of French, spoken and written
• Very good command of German, spoken and written
