Workplace: Renens, or Bienne (with regular commutes to Renens)
Your main duties
Payroll
- Complete coordination of our monthly payroll process.
- Control and supervision of payroll data.
- Analysis and reconciliation of monthly payroll data for internal control purposes.
- Management of HR financial provisions.
- Coordination of annual external audits.
Compensation & Benefits
- Management of the annual salary review process.
- Management of the employee evaluation process, as well as the calculation and payment of bonuses.
- Support during company restructurings.
- Analysis of the company's salaries and fringe benefits and analysis of market trends to ensure the attractiveness of the company.
HR Analysis
- Creation, management and analysis of HR reporting: headcount, absenteeism, turnover, etc.
- Preparation, forecasting and monitoring of personnel costs and the annual budget.
- Carrying out specific studies: pay gap, various internal requests, etc.
HRIS
- Management of projects related to the improvement and evolution of our HR systems and processes, as well as the other tools or platforms that make up our HR IS, including the analysis and implementation of new tools and platforms, including potential HRIS change.
- Optimization, scoping and control of HRIS developments with the external provider.
- Management of HRIS access rights and management of the annual review.
- Training and support for users.
What you bring
- You have at least 4 years of experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on payroll, HR / HRIS data analysis and reporting.
- You know how to identify and implement continuous improvements in HRIS and HR processes.
- You enjoy managing projects in their entirety with a creative and innovative approach.
- You master Excel.
- You are rigorous and have very good analytical skills.
- You have a good capacity to make proposals and to adapt.
- You are autonomous and attach great importance to details.
- You are able to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- You speak French and English fluently; German is a strong advantage.
