Together, we stand for fair absence management<br/><br/>Your main tasks:<br/><br/>* Correct recording, processing, and verification of absences with UKA Solution from HRM Systems in coordination with the internal time tracking system Time@ISS<br/>* Checking incoming daily allowances in the UVG area<br/>* Registration of EO benefits as well as checking and recording of daily allowances<br/>* Monthly processing of KTG and UVG daily allowances in UKA Solution to prepare for payroll<br/>* Coordination of daily allowances, IV benefits, and pension fund pensions<br/>* General correspondence and case clarifications with insurance companies<br/>* Contact person for internal Case Management and the People&Culture department on all social insurance topics<br/><br/><br/>Your profile:<br/><br/>* Several years of professional experience in social insurance or payroll<br/>* Further education in social insurance/payroll or qualification as an HR specialist<br/>* Networked thinking, initiative, and careful working style<br/>* Knowledge of UKA Solution and confident handling of MS Office<br/>* Fluent German and French skills, Italian skills are an advantage<br/><br/><br/>Ready for us?
