Product Manager Risk Prevention (80%-100%)
Neuhausen am Rheinfall
In this position, you are responsible for the entire product lifecycle management of sterile surgical consumables (laparoscopic consumables, sterile disposable instruments, dressings, etc.) for hospitals and outpatient clinics. Your tasks include capturing the needs of users (surgical staff, surgeons, etc.), designing and implementing a needs-based product range, daily product management, and marketing your products to users (marketing materials, advertising and promotion, pricing, activities). You will drive the development of your product range together with sales and the international corporate division in a powerful and customer-oriented manner. You advise users on technical questions and engage with selected surgeons and KOLs to support sales marketing. As a team player, you work enthusiastically and purposefully with internal interface partners and customers. A strong, interdisciplinary team (sales, RA, SCM, purchasing, digital, finance, corporate division) supports you in all these tasks and looks forward to working with you!
Competencies:
- Completed commercial vocational training with further education in marketing or surgical specialist training
- Two to three years of practical experience in product management of sterile surgical products, knowledge of hospital business mechanisms or the surgical environment
- Strong project management skills, structured and analytical working style, and a good sense of customer needs
- Team player with drive, passion, and a positive attitude combined with a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
- Confident German and good English skills (spoken and written), French skills are an advantage
