Paralegal Available rapidly

On behalf of one of our clients, a multinational company based in Lausanne, we are seeking a:

 

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Counsel with corporate governance and preparation of the Board of Directors’ meetings, shareholders’ meeting and preparation and filing of corporate documents
• Manage and maintain the Company’s contracts filing database up-to date, issue reports
• Assist in the preparation and conduct of due diligences
• Manage signature and filing of contracts, work orders or other legal documents
• Prepare and review confidentiality agreements and other legal documents
• Deal with administrative tasks for the legal department
• Assist on other tasks as needed

 

Profile

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French
• Excellent organisational skills
• Previous experience with contract management systems
• Strong work ethics, ability to handle confidential and proprietary Company documents and information with the utmost discretion
• Good communication skills
• Capable of prioritizing several projects simultaneously
• Proactive and solution oriented
