To strengthen our team in nursing and social pedagogy, we are looking for you for our acute ward / therapy ward with the Start Now offer from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You have professional responsibility within the acute ward, work closely with the co-head of the ward, and take over leadership tasks in their absence
- You help shape the concept of the acute ward and ensure the implementation of the Start Now program in everyday life
- You actively participate in the specialist committee of the child and adolescent psychiatry (development, implementation, and evaluation of diagnostic and therapeutic offers)
- You take responsibility for the professional development of treatment offers and the quality of care
- You create the planning of your staff based on the present patients aged 7 to 18 years and are responsible for the professional development of treatment offers and the quality of care
- You ensure a high quality of work and, together with your team, meet the corresponding requirements
- You work dually with the responsible therapeutic management of the ward and ensure a smooth workflow
- You actively support your employees in ongoing processes and check the desired service and customer orientation according to the clinic's mission statement
Profile
- You have a tertiary education degree in social pedagogy HF/FH (for foreign diplomas: with Swiss recognition), as well as professional experience in the child and adolescent psychiatric field or a comparable work area
- Ideally, you already have experience in a similar position
- You are interested in actively contributing to the further development of the ward
- You are flexible, committed, resilient, and a responsible personality with joy in demanding patient care in a lively environment
- You speak and write fluent German and are confident in using common office applications
