Project Manager & Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job description

• Lead projects, supporting initiatives as advisor or participate in projects as subproject leader responsible for the logistics aspects
• Help the subsidiaries to conceptualize their warehouse layout, approve the materials to be used and follow the project from its start to the end
• Operational logistics reviews in situ
• First point of contact for questions regarding warehouse operations, warehouse equipment and WMS or any other tool used in the warehouse area
• Regularly examine whether the specified processes are complied with Swatch Group best practices.
• Active and strategic suggestions on improvements
• Preparation of KPI's and other analytical reports for statistical purposes or as decision base

Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar
• Project management experience
• Able to work in team
• Ready to travel and work several weeks per year outside Switzerland
• Good knowledge of the MS Office products

Professional requirements

• Experience of at least 10 years in the area of warehousing/distribution center/logistics operations on international level
• eCommerce experience, ideally in a fast consumer goods, luxury product or electronic goods environment

Languages

• German or French mother tongue with a good understanding of the other language, and very good knowledge of English
