Your Tasks
In close collaboration with the management, the teams of building services, events and technology, music library, room management, front office, and external service providers:
- Coordination and handling of projects and tasks in the areas of structural measures, infrastructure, equipment, and furnishing
- Ensuring and optimizing operational processes concerning safety, access, house and room regulations
- Participation in development projects at the interface of IT tools and building management
- Coordination of the gastronomic offerings of the bistro, the student-run bar, and the self-catering areas
- Contact person for sustainability topics and representation of the department in the university sustainability commission
- Deputy for room management
Your Profile
- Education and/or equivalent professional experience in the technical, operational, or gastronomic field
- Proven knowledge in project collaboration and/or relevant further training
- Strong interest in music and/or culture in general
- Affinity for a diverse work environment with various demands from teaching, research, and events
- Passion for sustainability
- Careful, proactive, and results-oriented working style
