- Lead night hotel and front office activities for guests.

Skills
- Experience in night shifts at a similar hotel preferred.
- Reliable and responsible personality with team spirit.
- Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.

- Management of nightly hotel and front office activities such as check-in and check-out of our international hotel guests
- Support and care of guests as well as ensuring their satisfaction
- Compliance with all front office policies, procedures, and standards
- Training, development, and management of the performance of directly subordinate employees to ensure the efficient operation of front office activities
- Responsibility for safety in the house (in coordination with the security service)
- Handling all customer complaints that occur during the night to ensure their satisfaction and proper documentation
- Daily closing of the guest accounting system and preparation of various reports
- Professional experience in night shifts in a comparable hotel operation
- Completed training in the hotel industry is desirable
- Reliable and responsible personality
- Team player and host out of passion
- Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
