Night Manager 80-100% (w/m/i)

• Management of nightly hotel and front office activities such as check-in and check-out of our international hotel guests
• Support and care of guests as well as ensuring their satisfaction
• Compliance with all front office policies, procedures, and standards
• Training, development, and management of the performance of directly subordinate employees to ensure the efficient operation of front office activities
• Responsibility for safety in the house (in coordination with the security service)
• Handling all customer complaints that occur during the night to ensure their satisfaction and proper documentation
• Daily closing of the guest accounting system and preparation of various reports

• Professional experience in night shifts in a comparable hotel operation
• Completed training in the hotel industry is desirable
• Reliable and responsible personality
• Team player and host out of passion
• Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
