IT/OT Engineer

Your Mission

The Industrial IT / OT Engineer is expected to design, install and maintain Nyon site Control Systems during the transition period from GSK Consumer Healthcare to the new Consumer Healthcare company. He is responsible for testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software and networking systems to meet the needs of the company and the project objectives.

The IT / OT Engineer may also be required to train staff on his own expertise area.

Your Responsibilities

IT / OT :

• Align with Automation & GxP computerized systems Lead and Control System SMEs regarding technical needs and strategy
• Design, installation and documentation of the Control System Hardware and Software configuration
• Design and documentation of the Control System Network architecture and configuration
• Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software and network issues
• Train staff on newly installed Hardware, Software and Network configuration

EHS :

• Respect of the local EHS procedures related to his work environment

GMP :

• Knowledge of the applicable GMP standards
• Enforcement of the above GMP standards
• Ensure Change Management related to the project activities

Administrative :

• Ensure that the produced documentation is rigorous, clear and consistent

Your Profile

• 5-8 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Familiarity with OT, Automation and Control System
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• French full professional proficiency
• English professional working proficiency
